If you have a request for a child seat, let the parking security know right when you arrive. The minibuses have child booster seats as part of their equipment — both for small children (up to 13 kg) and for larger children (9–36 kg).
Yes, our parking lot is divided into a covered section and open-air parking. The capacity of the parking lot including the covered section is 1,000 vehicles. The width of the parking spaces is 2.5 metres, so you can comfortably park a larger car or van here as well. The height of the parking space is also 2.5 metres.
If needed, we’re also able to provide a wider parking space. If you have a reservation for outdoor parking and decide upon arrival for a covered space, then simply notify the security of this request and it will be handled immediately.
The surcharge can be paid before exiting the parking lot at the automatic pay station — in cash or by card.
Yes, the more days you park with us, the less you’ll pay for each additional day. On top of that, with an online reservation we provide a discount of up to 20% — for each started day of parking. A parking reservation can be adjusted or cancelled afterwards free of charge — simply by email, in which you state your reservation number. A paid reservation can be cancelled up to one day before the planned arrival on our website.
You also don’t need to worry about complications if you exceed your parking time. In that case, you’ll simply pay the necessary surcharge when exiting the parking lot — in cash or by payment card. If your arrival at the parking lot is postponed by one day, then you don’t need to change anything. We’re prepared for these situations.
